Campaign Overview:
Scenario: In December, embrace the holiday theme but with a twist: you’re offering agents the gift of time — their most precious resource. Use creative, playful messaging around the idea of "sip on peace of mind" and position yourself as the partner that lightens their load, allowing them to focus on what really matters.

Campaign Summary:

  • Value-Added Asset:  Festive or branded mug with a “Sip on Peace of Mind” message tag, & small branded items.

  • Message Delivery: Initial in-person drop-off or email with a follow-up text or email.

  • 3-Touch Follow-Up:

    • Email one week later about how you can handle their transactions and let them "sip in peace".

    • Phone call two weeks later to check-in.

    • Text message three weeks later reminding them about the TC’s services.

This campaign nurtures a personal connection while offering useful tools and highlighting the TC's value.

“Sip on Peace of Mind" Tag

This could be a mug (festive or branded) filled with:

  • Hot cocoa powder, marshmallows, candy canes or gingerbread cookies

  • Include a festive or branded mug with your logo and the slogan, "Making your season (and your transactions) stress-free."

  • Include a handwritten card with the message, "Just like a cup of hot cocoa, I’m here to keep your transactions warm and smooth this holiday season! While you enjoy the festivities, leave the paperwork to me—I’ll make sure everything flows as sweetly as your favorite holiday drink!"
